The Giles County Community Chorus performed in the Biltmore House’s Winter Garden in Asheville, NC on New Year’s Day, 2019. We auditioned eleven months in advance to qualify for this opportunity. Click the links below for videos of the songs we performed:
WalMart Flash Mob!
On Saturday, November 25, 2017, members of the Giles County Community Chorus flash mobbed the Pearisburg WalMart. You shoulda been there! We sang “Alfred, the Alligator” and “We Wish You a Merry Christmas”. Cell phones came out to record, and smiles appeared on lots of faces, young and old. Check out the videos below. It’s a lot of fun to spread Christmas cheer, especially when it’s an unexpected surprise.
